Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with IB Natural Skin. We’re committed to providing you with high-quality, skin-loving products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our cosmetic and skincare products — and for hygiene and safety reasons — we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, we do accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

6. How to Initiate a Return
